Here’s my numbuzin toner 2 review – no I have not been paid to write a review about this new purple toner.
So if you’re a fan of Numbuzin toner #2 you may have noticed it used to be in a pink bottle with a rose water fragrance. The previous formula had a very STRONG rose smell and for someone such as myself that gets overwhelmed with fragrance, the new formula is a welcomed change!
The only change to toner 2 seems to be only the fragrance and bottle color. It used to be a pink bottle (which I still have some remaining) And now it’s a lovely light lavender color.

I absolutely love using this product in the morning. It does help keep my skin looking fresh and moisturized under my makeup. Even on makeup free days I will use the #2 toner.
How I use numbuzin #2 toner
When I wash and prep my skin for the morning, I splash my face with cold water and apply this toner – letting it soak into my skin before adding any serums or lotions. No, I don’t use a cotton pad, I simply hold the bottle upside down againt my face and pat it on with my other hand. I will apply another later to my under eye area because it helps it stay moist and plump looking under makeup. It also helps keep my under-eye makeup from creasing during the day.
