In reply to priya. Yes, you can use baking soda on oily skin. However, use it gently because scrubbing too hard can stimulate oil production.

Hi I was wondering if I use my cleanser, then witch hazel as toner, then can I apply the olive oil, rose hip oil and vegetable glycerin mixture as a moisturizer or do I have to rewet my face with warm water to apply?
