In reply to Mo. Good question. I'd have fresh washed skin before applying the mask, therefore after rinsing, I would only use the step 3 lotion and go to bed.

In reply to Khaula. You can use it every night on the pimples but not on your entire face everyday. That would dry out your face and aggravate your acne. Jen

Hi Brayan, it’s all about preference. If you prefer natural skin care, try the numeric – it’s messy but really works! If you want an easier method, I recommend the proactive system. You’re welcome.
