If you’re like me, you may get some bothersome T-zone oiliness and tiny white heads or acne popping up during stressful moment in your life. I have a great daily beauty regimen, but sometimes you need a little extra help for spot locations such as your T-zone or jawline.  To get control of your skin, I highly recommend you try using the famous Proactive Refining Mask overnight, while you sleep!

I washed my face as normal in the shower and let the steam open up my pores, after my shower I toned my face and then applied the Proactiv Refining Mask. You can smell the tea tree oil at first and it dries to a comfortable matte texture and the smell vanishes. You won’t feel any tightening or stinging on your skin.

Keep your hair tied back and make sure you don’t put it around your eyes because that would really irritate your eyes any dry out the delicate area around your eyes. Place some moisturizer around your eyes in case you do so you can wipe it off easily.

The next step it easy, just go to sleep and wear the proactiv refining mask overnight! It won’t stain your pillow or leave any residue because it’ll be dry and stuck to your face like cement. 🙂

I tried wearing the proacive refining mask overnight and it absorbed all the excess serum out of my pores. Not only did I wake up with the mask still perfectly intact to my skin, I saw which pores had been cleaned. I saw tiny oil spots that were extracted on top of the pores! Wearing the proactiv refining mask overnight absorbed a ton of oil I had deep in my pores! I washed off the mask with lukewarm water, patted my skin dry and LOVED what I saw! Tiny to non existent pores. And did I mention, porcelain skin? Wipe your face with some witch hazel (Read about the benefits of witch hazel for your skin care here.) and moisturize as usual after this treatment. It’s important to moisturize and give you skin plentiful moisture so it doesn’t have to over compensate by producing more oil.
This is a great product to find on ebay for a reasonable price if you don’t like using the entire 3 step Proactiv system.
