Hi Jen! My youngest sister is using the ocm but she is experiencing a break out with little pimples that are surrounding the larger acne bumps she already has. Is this a normal part of purging the skin? And how long does does it take to see improvement for cystic acne. On a good note the larger bumps are coming up and popping on their own so im taking that as a good sign. I try to encourage my lil sis to be patient with the ocm

Hi Sharon,
Yes, you can oil cleanse with baking soda in the morning before doing your makeup. I like to wait a few minutes before starting my makeup. I even dab a little olive oil or rose hip seed oil under my eyes so it stays looking fresh all day. Next, I apply elf mineral primer. Makes a nice barrier for the makeup and benefits underneath! I hope you try it.
