How to make your hair GROW FASTER – Use the right shampoo! #1

Your shampoo may be to blame what’s making your hair grow slow and not fast! This is a HUGE problem that not many people are educated about. You can make your hair grow faster by not using shampoos that have: sodium lauryl sulfate in them! This ingredient does an amazing job stripping all the oils from your hair and scalp but it also irritates your scalp which slows down your hair growth and weakens your hair strands by drying them out, making them vulnerable to breakage.

If your want to make your hair grow faster, make sure you don’t irritate your scalp with any shampoo that has sodium lauryl sulfate or any sulfates or silicone’s in them for optimum hair growth. You will see a huge difference in faster hair growth and elasticity of your overall hair. The two shampoos that I alternate between using in the shower and that I highly recommend are: L’Oreal Paris EverSleek SulfateFree shampoo, and my WEN Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner. If you must have a rich foamy feel, I suggest you try the L’Oreal Paris EverSleek SulfateFree shampoo because it has a rich lather that the WEN does not have. It really amazes me that simply changing your shampoo to a gentle one is how to make your hair grow faster! Well it is! 🙂

Keep your scalp moisturized and you’ll also get shiny hair!

How to make your hair GROW FASTER – Keep your scalp Moisturized! #2

Let your scalp’s full-time job be hair growth. Right below the surface of your scalp is where your hair follicles thrive and do all sorts of functions. I’m sure you remember human anatomy right? If you keep your scalp healthy and hydrated meaning you’re not over-washing your hair and scalp, your scalp will spend less time overproducing oil in your hair follicle’s oil gland and more time being nourished by the veins and arteries in your scalp that feed the hair bulb! Washing your hair and making sure your scalp isn’t irritated by bacteria and sweat can be hard to do if you’re constantly sweating and shampooing more than 3 times a week! I

f you have an irritated itchy scalp, try my Natural Itchy Scalp Remedy – 1 Minute Cure! Also be sure to avoid washing your hair more than 3 times a week and your scalp will be able to stop overproducing oil and you’ll actually be able to wash you hair less! You’re basically training your scalp not to overproduce oil because you’re keeping the natural moisture level at a normal state. If you have to wash more than 3 times a week, make sure you’re conditioning your scalp and hair! And please remember to use the right shampoo 😉 Having a healthy scalp will always help you make your hair grow faster!

I Love taking these everyday!

How to make your hair GROW FASTER – Eat protein and take a Biotin supplement #3

You are what you eat and that expression is true for your hair. You need to eat protein in any form you can get for a healthy body and also beautiful hair. Nourish your body on the inside and it will thank you with beauty on the outside. And one of those gifts is faster growing and healthy hair! Make sure you’re eating protein with every meal as part of a well balanced diet. Biotin plays a key role in supporting the health of skin, hair, nails, nerves, the digestive track, cells and even our metabolism. It’s important to also get your protein because this is what hair is made out of and if you don’t have it, you’re going to lose your hair or start to have weak brittle hair.

The best biotin supplement I take every day is the Nature’s Bounty Hair Skin and Nails gummies. I love taking them in the form of a gummy and my fiance also enjoys taking them 😉 He saw a huge improvement on having faster growing nails and his hair grows fast too! Making sure you’re eating the right foods and adding supplements is an easy and favorite way how to make your hair grow faster method.

Massaging my scalp while watching TV

How to make your hair GROW FASTER – Massage your scalp #4

The nutrients you ingest have the potential to nourish your entire body through the bloodstream and circulatory system. No matter how strong and healthy your circulatory system is, you should massage you scalp at least once a day using your clean fingertips. This stimulates the scalp and gets nutrients delivered to your follicle’s hair bulb, making your hair grow faster! To really “pump up the jam” and benefit even more faster hair growth, dip your fingertips into a little extra virgin olive oil to deliver moisture that your scalp loves and vitamin E!

Extra virgin olive oil absorbs into the skin and won’t just sit on the surface. Sounds really relaxing huh? This could also be great for your scalp if it’s really dry and irritating too! I love to massage my scalp when I’m watching TV with my fiance.

Yes – you can use the olive oil in your kitchen cupboard on your hair and skin. The olive oil you cook with is the best for skin and hair care.

Don’t have time for a good scalp massage? Go ahead and bend over, touching your toes. That will get blood flow to you scalp! Even try an inversion table to benefit your whole body!

I’ve been using these hair growth secrets for fifteen years and I’ve never had a problem growing out my hair fast from any problems, even bleached damaged hair! I love having my dark natural hair color back so fast! These tips would really help anyone with damaged bleached hair that want to grow back their natural color fast!

If you practice all four fast hair growth secrets, your hair will grow faster and people will start to notice before you do!

Here’s a pic of me growing out my bleached blonde hair.

I “let it go” It was fun seeing my dark hair roots take over. Goodbye blonde hair.

Does dying your hair make it grow faster?

I hear this all the time… The truth is that dying your hair or bleaching it a noticeably different color will only make the new hair growth stand out. Your new hair growth will just become more noticeable – that’s all.

This brings up a hair growth myth I need to debunk. No – dying your hair will not make it grow faster.
