It all started when I had an itchy back and I scratched the hell out of it. Next I was picking and squeezing the bejesus out of tiny pimples and whiteheads. My back was raw and felt irritated but satisfied that I removed some of the nasty oozing blemish material. Anyone?
Oh and guess what was happening this week? My bridal appointment for trying on wedding dresses. Just in time to scare my bridal consultant. I let her know I had a bacne situation before I undressed. I found somehow remedies and affordable back acne products that promised to clear up my bacne fast. I’m sharing only the products that actually worked the fastest.

This bacne spray used right after the scrub brush mentioned above helped me get rid of back acne fast. This body clearing acne spray helps go above and beyond by killing the bacteria that causes acne. I keep this spray in my bathroom. After I brush and town dry, I use a two second spray on my upper back and another spray on my lower back. I rub it into my back as best as I can and let it dry.
This uses a special formula with 2% Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Vitamin B3 and Aloe. Notice there’s no benzoyl peroxide so you won’t have to worry about getting this on your clothes to prevent bleaching.
