How to make your hair GROW FASTER

Jen Ruhman

As an authoritative of skin care and beauty products, my goal is to inspire and educate women providing them honest reviews of beauty products and sharing my own personal results. I am inspired by Estée Lauder and her quote, "Beauty is an attitude. There's no secret. Why are all brides beautiful? Because on their wedding day they care about how they look. There are no ugly women - only women who don't care or who don't believe they're attractive."

  1. Hi Jen!
I am having some MAJOR hair issues! For the past 2 months I have been losing hair like crazy! It started falling out about 2 months after a really stressful period of my life. I think my hair loss is due to stress rather than breakage but Im not sure. I REALLY need my hair to grow fast. About how long after starting your techniques should I notice a change in the speed of my hair growth?

    • Hi Kailey,
You’re right! Stress, change in hormones (birth control pills)having a baby, major grief, and trauma in our lives can make our hair TEMPORARILY fall out. Don’t worry, It will grow right back. You just need to get your body and emotional state back to norm. I would take the hair skin and nails supplement daily, and I would go for a walk everyday or try and treat myself to a relaxing shower or bath, whatever calms your nerves. For you because you’ve been through so much such as stress, I would start to see a difference in one to two months. The main thing is balancing the stress in our lives. I’m sorry. I’ve just gone through a major stress moment too losing my mom. It’s taken 5 month for my emotional issues to calm down.
I wish the best of luck to you Kailey!
